Mirador del Valle — Land Lots for Sale in Imbert, Puerto Plata

Mirador del Valle is a new residential land development located directly on the Carretera Imbert–Puerto Plata, offering easy highway access while backing onto a protected green/natural area (área verde) along one edge of the property.

The project is laid out in paved blocks (Manzanas A through E) plus a standalone large parcel (Lot 10-B, 1,292.70 m²), with individual lots ranging from roughly 200 m² up to 2,232 m². Lots are split into two pricing zones:

• Área Azul (Blue Zone): US$70/m²

• Área Gris (Gray Zone): US$85/m²

Payment Plans

To reserve a lot, put down a deposit of RD$10,000 or more. From there, you choose one of two down-payment plans:

Option A — 10% Down

• Pay the remaining balance of your 10% down payment within 2 months of reserving

• No interest for the first 6 months

• After that, the balance accrues 1.5% interest per month

• You have up to 5 years total to pay off the lot

Option B — 20% Down

• Pay the remaining balance of your 20% down payment within 2 months of reserving

• No interest for the first 12 months

• After that, the balance accrues 1.5% interest per month

• You have up to 5 years total to pay off the lot

In short: the bigger your down payment, the longer you go before interest kicks in — but both plans give you a full 5 years to finish paying.

Project timeline: infrastructure and development will be complete within 24 months.
